Top This! A Pizza Lover's Extravaganza

Turn up the heat and learn the basics of making and baking pizzas in a wood-burning oven. You'll leave the workshop knowing how to mix up a variety of pizza doughs, from the basic straight dough, to a more complex flavor with a preferment, to a whole wheat version. You'll have the opportunity to experiment with a variety of toppings and flavor combinations, to suit both simple and gourmet palates. Be sure to bring your appetite as there will be plenty of opportunities to taste test! Take home the pizzas you make to enjoy for dinner or freeze to enjoy later.

Although baking will take place in our wood-fired hearth oven (wait 'til you taste the result!), I will teach you how to achieve similar results in a commercial or residential oven.
